Stretching exercises that promote better posture, increased strength and flexibility
Most workouts emphasize overstimulating specific muscles with no regard to the others, leading to muscle problems and injuries. Freedom Stretch focuses on reinforcing your entire body, building up a “360 degree network of muscles” that holds a better posture and provides stronger muscles as they all work in unison. The low impact stretching exercises are easy to learn and will significantly reduce your likelihood of injury. All exercises are done from a standing position, having no strain on knees or back, and no difficult positions to get into.
Freedom Stretch enhances your performance
It boosts your results with other exercises. It’s the perfect complement to yoga, pilates, weight lifting, sports and more, but is also a great stand alone program on busy days or to avoid going to the gym or pilates studio.

More flexibility
With boosted flexibility, you can practice your exercises with more ease. From yoga teachers to tennis players, Freedom Stretch has helped many people in their activities through flexible muscles!

Prevent injuries
By reinforcing all main and support muscles, your body becomes fitter and more able to deal with all sorts of physical activities.

Faster/better results
With improved blood flow, you become more efficient in your exercises and more focused on sports training, your coach/trainer is going to love it!
We use a stick to maximize results
Various exercises and programs use equipments, some of which can get rather expensive. Freedom Stretch uses one simple stick for stretching exercises, and it allows us to target specific muscles and use it for light resistance.
Freedom Stretch is developing its own easy-to-carry, three piece stick, which is perfect for travel and stores easily. But for now, we recommend a wooden dowel, a martial arts stick, a non elastic rope or even a length of pvc pipe will do, from 5′ to 5 1/2′ is best for most people. And if you’re struggling with finding something, contact us and we’ll be glad to help!
